Nosejob (Rhinoplasty)
Rhinoplasty has been around for centuries. Jacques Joseph was known to have performed thousands of these operations in early 20th century Germany. Obviously techniques and results have drastically improved since. Still, even with a century of experience, plastic surgeons still find rhinoplasty to be the most difficult and least consistent procedure. Even the tiniest scar can wreak havoc on the workings of the inner nasal passages—15% of all rhinoplastys require additional surgery to correct mistakes.
I have mastered the complicated techniques of correcting the work of other surgeons. Because of my experience with these difficult revision procedures I am keenly aware of what mistakes to avoid and extremely capable at performing primary rhinoplasties.
